I have been training as a professional dancer for 15 yrs + and as a fitness fanatic for 8yrs +.
Started with a trainer myself until I felt it was time to continue on my own.
I always love a challenge and therefore always looking for new ways to train. From weight lifting, to HIIT training, to outside workouts, core and balanced focused workout.
I love it all.
My main goal is helping others to understand their bodies and how to train correctly so that they can keep going on they own when they feel comfortable doing so.
