From boxing to high intensity circuits, Outdoor or at home. I aim to get the body moving, Activating Muscle and burning Fat. My goal is yours I want my client to have fun as well as feel great. But most importantly I want you to see results I aim to set goals together and help you find that motivation to reach your goal. I'm a big fan of resistance and TRX. I train people the way I train because that's what I know best. So get your gloves on and come get fit.

I trained one of my best friends who was known in our group as the chubby one. now he can bench me. and I can't get him out of the gym. I love seeing how much happier he is in every aspect of his life now. he now has that confidence to do what ever he wants

My training experience
I've Been training in Australia for over 5 years. I've trained with all the best our very own may Thai kick boxing champion. Steve McKinnon, kettle bell champ peter Kirk to name a few I've taken the best of all and created a bunch of things both fun and stimulating.
