Psychologically, I believe that in order to make physical activity a part of daily life, it must become something you WANT in your daily life, and that is what I specialize in; motivating people who find it hard to get themselves to workout, find time to workout, and/or sticking to working out. My basis for my technique is mindfulness, which I believe is at the root of many exercise hangups, and allows me to create a different program for everyone. You're not exactly identical to anyone, so why should your training be?
I also work with athletes who want to increase their performance, for which I am also utilizing mindfulness. I have experience with performance under pressure, performance related to injuries, and anxiety of competition.
