I've trained with Jeff for 3 years. He has increased my mobility and strengthened my weak spots. I can do hours of 100+ Phoenix night hiking, safely lift 20 lb over and around my head, canal bike for hours, and safely lift 40 lbs. After being a "gym rat" for many years, I began leading group martial arts programs in the late 90's, and have since added personal & small group fitness training to my still-growing resume. I strive to stay in touch with the latest fitness research & trends to keep training effective, safe, and interesting.
