Every workout will have a warm up and a cool down. Depending on the goals of the client, the time between can vary widely. All of our workouts will be fun and fast paced to make the time seem to go by very fast!
All types of training require two things: 1. a goal 2. a plan. My job is to help you set a the goal and work the right plan.
My favorite exercise
Burpees; this exercise combines explosive jumps with the ever usefull push up. When done properly, you are developing proper jumping and landing technique, as well as Lactate training. This exercise is great!!!
