About Jordan

I became interested in fitness after suffering from an eating disorder as a teenager. I quickly realized I needed to take back control over my health if I wanted to live a long life. 

That's when I made the decision to learn all I could about health, fitness, and nutrition. I eventually got my degree in Exercise Science and pursued my Personal Training certification.

I've helped many clients resume the activities, sports, or hobbies that they enjoy through an individualized program made just for them. I take into consideration many different factors (what they like, don't like, injuries, strengths, weaknesses) and put all of that together to find a plan that they will enjoy and stick with. 

I also like educating my clients and empower them to have the tools needed for a life of health and fitness when they no longer need my services.  

My favorite client story

I was working with a runner who had a serious case of piriformis syndrome and we had been working together for awhile and she went to her massage therapist and the massage therapist said, "whatever you are doing, it's working."
Best feeling in the world knowing my client was improving and feeling better and other clinicians noticed as well.

My training philosophy

Functional Bodybuilding. A mix of bodybuilding methods as well as Functional Fitness to get a well rounded fitness program.
I also believe that Nutrition and Lifestyle habits shouldn't be something separate from a fitness program. That's why I include both in my training.
