Whether its 1 body part a day, 2 body parts a day/3 days a week, or a full body workout, its all about old school training with weights and plyometrics! I use single sets, progressive sets, supersets, giant sets, force sets, combo sets, all in a cardio type of pace.... 15-30 seconds resting between each set! Fun, exciting, fat burning, nice pump workout!
