Hello!
My name is Bo Henry! I am a native New Yorker whose extremely passionate about weightlifting and lifestyle coaching. I formerly played varsity football at Brooklyn Technical High School and went on to play rugby at The University at Buffalo. I earned my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and am accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Associating with Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I primarily specialize in strength training and sports performance coaching, but also am well versed in calisthenics, weight loss, endurance training, and metabolic conditioning.
I am a very empathetic and easy going individual, but I definitely have a fiery competitive side and love to challenge my clients. Program design is completely individualized to a client’s goal, but sessions typically run for an hour. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. In addition to program design I educate my clients on the importance of nutrition and recovery. I take great pride in coaching my clients and hope to celebrate with you in achieving your fitness goals along the way!
