I became a trainer because I liked the idea of helping people improve their lives. I felt it would be in harmony with my journey as a fitness model and professional bodybuilder. I consider myself a person who adapts to people easily and because of this I am very passionate about the kinds of programs I create. My customized approaches are always in line with my clients' goals and visions for their health and fitness.
My favorite client story
The greatest part of being at the gym was seeing you. It was something that was said by a majority of the men and women that trained with me. Most of the clients that trained long enough saw changes in their physique, boosted their confidence and wrote letters about me

My favorite quote
"Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful." --Joshua J. Marine
My training philosophy
Constant improvement. I focus on developing someone psychologically to take the steps outside the training sessions to improve their body, especially when it comes to diet and nutrition. I think of my approach to training as comprehensive: a client gets the most benefit from improving the mind, body and spirit.
My training experience
Platinum Fitness in 2012, Speed Weight Training in 2013, and then New York Sports Clubs from 2014-2016 then I took off a year to write a book, collaborate on a business idea, and learn computer coding languages, but now I am fully engaged in the training of both myself and others.
