My favorite client story is about a client that I worked with who had cardiovascular disease and wanted to lose 20 lbs. to improve her health. I designed a program specifically for her that included cardio workouts that she enjoyed, such as running on the treadmill, Zumba, dance, and aerobic group fitness classes. She lost 20lbs in 6 months and had a significant improvement in her blood pressure.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is the squat because it is a great muscle building exercise for the leg muscles, such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Squats improve muscle mass and are great for the whole body.
