About Bethany


I have been a group fitness and personal trainer for over 5 years in Massachusetts and New York. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, I moved to NYC to pursue a career in fitness. Since living in New York, I work for a small boutique boot camp studio where i lead group classes and also teach indoor cycling at Flywheel Sports. Besides group fitness I also personally train clients. I have experience working with clients of all ages from 18-75. Typical sessions are one hour long and consist of cardio and strength training fit to each specific clients goals and needs. My main goal as a trainer is to help my clients improve their lives through physical fitness and feel better both physically and mentally!
