I’m a NYC personal trainer and pilates mat instructor with over a decade of experience. I’m on an exciting journey to help us all create a mind and body connection through fitness. I teach you how to make fitness a sustainable part of your life by individualizing the experience to help you find the joy and drive in your fitness journey. I’ve realized that everyone is different on a multitude of levels. what works for one person will not work for the other. I will teach you to understand what your body needs and guide you in the right direction to create that perfect and ever changing mind/body experience for yourself. I come to your building gym, home, or office, I do outdoor training as well as hold Central Park classes during warmer weather. I have access to a few gyms in the city where we can use their space for a small fee. I specialize in resistance training, pilates mat, core strengthening, flexibility, body alignment, weight loss, cardio, and mind and body connection through mediation and mindful exercise and eating. I have many years of experience with pre and post natal moms, I teach diastasis recti prevention and conditioning exercises as well as pelvic floor strengthening. Would love to connect with you!!!
My favorite client story
When I got my client to go from 3 pull ups to 13 in a limited amount of time. He was so impressed with himself. He took some college students of his out to a climbing gym for fun, they created a fun pull up competition. He placed 3rd amongst a class full of young adults about 25years his junior!! He was VERY excited!

My training philosophy
Every single person on this planet is different. When it comes to fitness on and mind and body level one size definitely doesn’t fit all. Learn as much as you can, take bits and pieces from all the best sources of education and find what aligns perfectly with who you are and what you’re needing. The goal is not a quick fix, fitness is a beautiful life long journey with many twists and turns! Tune into yourself, stay mindful to how you’re feeling and adjust accordingly.
