About Darryl
I am a Fordham University football alum and former Tennessee Titan. I love to help others succeed in achieving their fitness goals. Towards the latter years of my career I was plagued with injuries only later to find out that most of them could have been prevented. I want to pass on my knowledge of corrective exercise, functional movement and sports performance to others. I also hold certifications in kettlebell training, integrated stretching and pre/postnatal, as well as a certificate in mat Pilates, and boxing.

Have been training with Darryl for 2+ years now which I think says a lot about his personality and attitude. Happy to count him as a friend now who I also happen to train with. The results I've seen from consistently following his direction have made me feel better and look better, which comes from a focus on functional fitness and strength and proper technique. It feels like we accomplish a lot in the hour-long sessions and I never find myself watching the clock - a combination of the intensity of the workouts and great conversation. While I was never someone who went to the gym before I connected with Darryl, I've definitely become a convert. I highly recommend him for people at any stage in their fitness journey for his knowledge, positive approach and commitment to helping you attain your goals.
Recently started training with Darryl and noticed fitness and strength improvement within as little as 2 weeks. We accomplish a ton with a variety of different workouts within the hour session all which have contributed to my increases in my core strength and conditioning.
