I was the skinny kid with little muscle mass most of my life before I introduced fitness into it. Since then, I have never looked back. I've worked for an abundance of professional gyms where I've engaged with an array of different personality types. Whether you're the person looking to put on muscle mass and be a stronger version of yourself or the slightly self conscious person concerned with their weight, I have seen it all.
