A CEO client came to me exhausted, overtrained, and frustrated with a lack of results despite putting in the work. Within 90 days of switching to a fully periodized, data-driven program, his strength benchmarks improved significantly, his recovery scores stabilized, and more importantly his energy and focus outside the gym transformed entirely. That intersection of physical performance and professional output is exactly why I do this work.

My favorite exercise

The overhead press. It's a true test of full-body strength, stability, and control, demanding mobility, core integrity, and shoulder mechanics all at once. It's one of the first movements I assess with every client because it tells me everything about how their body moves and where we need to build.
