About Erik
I love creating challenging, fun workouts to help my clients achieve their goals and have a great time doing it! I draw upon my 15 plus years of experience, and multiple certifications to create tailored exercise plans that not only meet each client's physical needs, but also make the experience as fun and engaging as possible. Many people think of exercise as torture. My goal is to make it an enjoyable experience that you look forward to... and kick your butt in the process:))
