I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Heesun. As a newbie to yoga she took the time to teach me the techniques while making it fun! I am no longer afraid to walk into a class. Highly recommend Heesun no matter what level you are at.

Every session with Heesun is thoroughly planned and makes complete sense. She's very supportive and a pleasure to spend time with. She makes great suggestions and helps me understand how to get pointed towards my goals. She is also extremely good at getting back via email and helping create a program for the days at the gym when I am not training with her. Definitely a keeper -- plan to work with her for the long term!
She is awesome. Not just in training but in working with you. Plus she is very can-do. For my schedule I needed to work out at 5 am - and she came in to be there!!!

Kim is a caring and knowledgeable trainer. She really cares and listens to what your training needs are . I really like that she confirms each session appointment and is willing to rearrange anytime there's an a conflict of interest. So happy I met and and have the opportunity to have her train me.
i have worked with Heesun doing both weight training and kickboxing. She is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and inspiring. She certainly knows her stuff and I wholeheartedly recommend her as a personal trainer.
I've been training with Heesun once a week for several months now, and expect to continue with her indefinitely. I went into the training hoping to add some muscle mass and strength, while at the same time maintaining the benefits of my yoga practice. The results have been great, and the assessments confirm it. Heesun is both entirely professional and at the same time very friendly and enjoyable to spend time with. Our common interest in yoga provides for good conversation between sets. She's attentive to form and function, and keeps our sessions challenging but always within reach. I feel that she truly cares about my progress.
Kim is an experience and passion personal trainer, she brought my body and soul to another level. she is very patient keeping all records towards my body strengthen. she is very thoughtful , and fun to be trained, i have improved my energy and muscles extremely to a better level after one year training, and will continue have her around.
As my personal trainer, Heesun did a remarkable job of helping me achieve most of my goals simultaneously while not sacrificing any of them (a hard feat in and off itself). She is very professional and explains everything in detail. What muscle groups are being worked and how, and how each one was directed towards the overall goals set. She kept things fun and interesting, not letting me fall into routine and regularly challenged me to bring my A game. She is passionate, fun loving, and a joy to work with. I started training with Heesun and months later I broke my back in a sporting accident. I was in a brace and unable to exercise for nearly four months. Heesun coordinated with my physical therapist (who praised her) and created a program sensitive to the injury and which strengthened and stretched the surrounding muscles. I am now back to where I was before I broke my back and continuing to improve. Heesun is professional, knowledgeable, a delight to work with and simply wonderful.

Heesun is by far the greatest trainer/health coach/motivator I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been training with Heesun for four months and she has completely changed my view on my body, my relationship with food, and my approach to exercise. I meet with Heesun four times a week and always look forward to our sessions. I wish we could meet more - but she insists on rest days! That however is an example of how amazing she is as a coach, she knows what is best for my body and I trust her completely. I know I am in the best hands and that with her guidance, I will achieve all my goals. Beyond that, I know I will lead a more fulfilled life because of everything she has/is teaching me. Heesun is kind, encouraging, and motivating. She helps you reach your goals but in a gentle and enthusiastic way which I respond best to. She is understanding and has a really positive attitude and caters the work outs specifically to your goals/body type, etc. The sessions go by super fast which is amazing because I was used to counting down the minutes with previous trainers. She also gives great feedback and helpful tips for nutrition if you are interested. I have seriously never enjoyed training/working out before but because of the way Heesun trains and because I am noticing actual positive physical changes in my body it's something that I look forward to.
Heesun is amazing. She is extremely kind and nice, but at the same time, makes you work hard to get results! Within a few months, I already have visible muscles in my arms, I can see my body toning, and overall feel healthy and strong. With the COVID-19 crisis, she rapidly moved to online instruction, and I’m constantly amazed at how effective she is when she trains me. If you look for a great experience and great results, book a session with her!
I have been working out with Heesun twice a week for over 6 months now and couldn’t be more happy with our work together! I hadn’t had a solid workout routine in a few years and was quite out of shape. Heesun came in and was very supportive and encouraging, whilst also challenging me and teaching me new things. She kept in mind past injuries that gave me knee troubles and created a workout that wouldn’t hurt me. She also helped me with my diet and gave me advice and suggestions without ever making me feel like I was being restricted. I feel stronger and have a better stamina and am in way better shape than before and it’s all thanks to Heesun.
