Since a kid, I played many sports such as basketball, football, track, and boxing. My love of fitness started when I began to realize how good a solid training routine was for improving my athleticism. More than a decade later, I'm still continuing to learn as much as I can about effective training and nutrition for improving body composition, endurance, and athletic ability. Now I continue to use my passion towards helping others reach their own fitness goals, whether that involves looking good for the summer or getting ready for a competition.

As someone that has a hard time dragging herself to the gym most days, I can actually say that I really look forward to my sessions with Jeff. He pushes me to my limits and his great attitude makes working out with him a great experience.
After being out of the gym for a few years, I found that Jeff quickly got me back into the shape that I needed to be in for my wedding. I've also been able to get back my love for the gym and genuinely look forward to our sessions each week.
