About Jeff

As a kid and up until college I have played many sports such as basketball, football, track, and boxing. My love of fitness started when I began to realize how good a solid training routine was for improving my athleticism. More than a decade later, I'm still continuing to learn as much as I can about the principles of effective training and nutrition for improving body composition, endurance, and athletic ability. For the past five years now I have been using my passion towards helping others reach their own personal fitness goals, whether that involves looking good for the summer or getting ready for a competition.
