Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer at Crunch Fitness in 2001-2009, I worked in Tv News for more than 5 years in the capacity of Assistant Producer and Associate Producer. I made the transition into the fitness industry, where I felt my research and information gathering skills can help people live a healthier and longer life, by becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.
I have trained a wide range of cliental with an individualized approach to personal training. My strengths lie in; core training, flexibility training, functional training, corrective exercise, improving posture, post rehabilitation, kick boxing and weight loss.
My philosophy on reaching your health and fitness goals; "take it one day at time, it's more like a marathon, not a sprint. "
