About Taylor

My name is Taylor and I am certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). With decades of gym experience and a background in all sports, as well as having spent years of the practice of Kung Fu with the USA Shaolin Temple under Master Shi Yan Ming, a 34th generation Shaolin Temple Warrior Monk, I will develop a personal program catered to any type of individual. I teach a variety of everything - free weights, TRX, Kettle bells, Stability balls, Bosu, resistance bands, medicine balls, calisthenics, and even a bit of beginner Martial Arts or self defense.
