Kama Linden has taught Group Exercise and Personal Trained for over 20 years. She has a BFA in Dance, with extensive knowledge of Anatomy/Kinesiology. She has experience working with various age groups, fitness levels, and people with injuries/coming back from injuries/chronic illness or muscle/joint issues. She listen's to a client's needs, and adapts workouts to each person. Workouts may include any of pilates mat, functional stength, foam roll for both myofascial release, as well as targeting the core, Vinyasa Yoga, Cardio drills, step, general strength training using weights, bands, and more. Besides general fitness, Kama Linden has an eye for alignment, and corrective exercise. She currently is an avid runner and lap swimmer, and does vinyasa Yoga daily.
