I became a trainer to help people accomplish whatever health and fitness goals they seek so they can not only be a better version of themselves, but to keep them on the right path to a healthier lifestyle. I have worked with clients that either wanted to lose weight or put on mass and have been able to give nutritional advice. I like to work with clients who are going to give me effort.
