About Yi

Hi, my name is Yi Feng. I had been playing sports such as table tennis, badminton, basketball, and soccer with friends since I was little. But over the years, I developed injuries due to the carelessness. When I finally had to stop physical activities to recover, I started gaining a lot of weights and developed back pain, neck pain, and joint pains because I spent too much time on video games. So I started to study how to exercise properly and effectively. After I fixed my own problems and being active again with physical activities, I started to help my family and friends with their problems. I felt great when I saw their improvement with my help, and I knew this is what I wanted to do: to share my knowledge and help people.

The exercise programs I design focus on individual, safety, simplicity, and effectiveness. In addition, my programs would not just help clients to achieve their goals such as weight loss, change appearance but also help the clients to fix muscle imbalances so they can move more smoothly and comfortably. I also help clients set up long term and short term plans in order to better reaching their goals. I monitor and get feedback constantly from my clients during sessions so I can modify exercises to fit the client’s current condition, which is the biggest advantage of having a personal trainer.
