I am a big fan of total wellness. I train clients to focus on physical, nutritional and psychological health. I love to strength train with clients while mixing in the right amount of cardio. I develop meal plans for all of my clients so that they have all of their bases covered. I would say I am a humorous/serious trainer without ever being too much of one or the other. I am confident in my abilities, and if you're willing to listen I am willing to teach.

Charles is a great personal trainer that takes the time to get to know you as a client in order to maximize your training and new healthy lifestyle. He incorporates tips on healthy eating and provides you with the steps and structure you should put into place outside of your training to ensure your successful. He pushes you within your health limits and challenges you to do your absolute best. I have struggled with weight loss and healthy eating for years and Charles by far has been the best thing to happen to me! I’ve lost weight and gained new insight to incorporate healthy eating habits into my daily lifestyle. Charles comes highly recommended!!
Charles is such a motivational trainer who completely understands how to improve a individual's fitness and health. He will push you toward a positive change along with mentally preparing you for the long haul of sustainability. He is wonderful to work with and so encouraging.
