I have been training for over 10 years and can bring the military drill instructor or the kind patient coach to any training environment. I work with individuals as well as groups. My specialties are nutrition, body transformations and metabolic conditioning as well as body building. I am comfortable working with many physical ailments as well as PTSD, pregnancy and Menopause. I started my fitness journey after my fortieth birthday thanks to the expertise & encouragement of Ila. I did not regularly exercise for years! She understood that I needed a lot of guidance, which she patiently provided. Also, she knew when I was ready to step it up! Now, I view cardio & strength training as a habit of life, in large part due to Ila.
Ila is very knowledgeable about nutrition and overall health, friendly, and professional. Each time we meet, we do something different. If you need a modification to work the same body part, she will happily provide one that's just as challenging. She knows how to deal with different injuries and sensitivities. She is very dedicated to her clients. If you have questions, she is very attentive and gets back to you promptly when communicating via text. Her workouts are fun and challenging. Ila is very down to earth and understands the daily struggles we encounter with being consistent with eating right and remaining motivated to show up for workouts. She's very compassionate and understanding.
I have had the pleasure of starting training with Ila, and I cannot speak highly enough about the sessions. The workout is excellent, and she is a lovely person to be around, so the time passes quickly. All around positive experience...and this is coming from someone who generally despises working out.
