Greetings and Welcome; I'm a 1 for 1 Online and In-Person Personal Trainer who specializes in those first beginning their fitness journey, as well as training tactical athletes. I help everyday busy people achieve the results they have always wanted, while also creating lasting habits through a positive training environment. I do this by creating a specialized training and nutrition plan based on the individual's lifestyle and fitness goals, whilst utilizing proven training methodologies and providing weekly feedback.
I come from a military background where I spent five years in the United States Marine Corps (USMC). I've been to places such as Africa, Japan, and all over the United States. In addition to my primary job, I was a High-Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Instructor. Thus, it was my job to ensure the unit was at peak physical fitness for operations. I left the USMC and continued to pursue my passion for health and fitness.
I'm a business owner and I understand the high demands of everyday life and how hard it can be to fit healthy eating and exercise around the chaos of every day.
