About Nina
Originally from the Bay Area, my love for strength training and fitness began back in high school. What started as helping friends in the gym and coaching soccer quickly turned into a deeper calling. I had found my passion for guiding others toward becoming their strongest, most confident selves.
Since 2017, I’ve been a certified personal trainer, working with clients of all backgrounds to build sustainable, healthy lifestyles. I’m currently based in Seattle, WA, but I travel frequently and primarily offer virtual sessions so clients can train with me from anywhere.
My approach goes beyond just the physical. I’m deeply passionate about the mental and emotional side of fitness, because real, lasting transformation begins from within. I believe your mindset and belief system directly shape your quality of life. Part of my work is helping clients realign their thought patterns to match the strong, healthy body they’re creating so they can show up as their best, most powerful selves in all areas of life

My training philosophy
Success is often achieved through steady, consistent effort. By focusing on the actions we can control, rather than fixating on the end result, we can not only accelerate progress but also reduce stress along the way. This approach leads to more sustainable outcomes and helps us reach our goals more effectively
My training experience
Having struggled with a severe eating disorder in the past, I initially turned to long-distance running as a way to lose weight. While I was committed to changing my body, the process left me feeling drained, unhappy, and disconnected from true well-being.
That began to shift when I discovered weightlifting. I quickly fell in love with the sense of empowerment that came from building strength. My focus gradually moved away from weight loss and toward muscle gain, and that shift completely transformed my relationship with health and fitness.
Through this journey, I’ve come to understand how many people still struggle with their relationship to food, exercise, and their bodies. I would be honored to share what I’ve learned and support you in building a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness—one rooted in self-respect, strength, and joy.

Fun session. Nina is patient and explores ways to make the exercises fun.
Kind, energetic and inspiring. I loved my first session with Nina. I've been sedentary for the past few months. She gave me a great full-body workout involving body weight, free weights, cable pulls and bench work, along with a nice core workout at the end. She is very good at listening to feedback, keeping me distracted through those planks, and giving detailed advice on nutrition. Looking forward to building with her!

I have had trainers in the past so I know what having a good trainer means. Nina is absolutely amazing - I haven't had such great workouts in a while, I sweat a ton! Nina definitely pushes me but is patient and so kind in meeting me where I am now, but helping me get to where I want to be. I have had 4 sessions so far and I'm glad I found Nina to be my trainer for the next few months - I can totally see myself achieving my goals with Nina! As an added bonus, total fun person to be around, tons of energy and positive vibes and great conversation - especially when you need a bit of distraction to make it to the end!
