Originally from the Bay Area, I have had a love for strength training and fitness going as far back as high school. I began to share my love for self-investment by coaching soccer and helping friends in the gym. Little did I know I had found my passion.Since 2017 I’ve been working as a qualified trainer guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. I primarily train around the downtown Seattle area and offer sessions to people at their home gym and/or at a private gym.
Working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I work with clients to construct a plan and training schedule according to their fitness experience and needs.
My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with, helping them become the healthiest happiest version of themselves.

My training experience
I used to have a severe eating disorder, which led me to start running long distance. I wanted to lose as much weight as possible, and was miserable all the time.
Then I discovered weight lifting, and fell in love with the feeling of being strong. My goal changed from wanting to lose weight to adding muscle. In my experience, most people just have not learned how to have a healthy relationship with food or their body. I would love to share my experience and assist you in getting there!:)

Fun session. Nina is patient and explores ways to make the exercises fun.
Kind, energetic and inspiring. I loved my first session with Nina. I've been sedentary for the past few months. She gave me a great full-body workout involving body weight, free weights, cable pulls and bench work, along with a nice core workout at the end. She is very good at listening to feedback, keeping me distracted through those planks, and giving detailed advice on nutrition. Looking forward to building with her!

I have had trainers in the past so I know what having a good trainer means. Nina is absolutely amazing - I haven't had such great workouts in a while, I sweat a ton! Nina definitely pushes me but is patient and so kind in meeting me where I am now, but helping me get to where I want to be. I have had 4 sessions so far and I'm glad I found Nina to be my trainer for the next few months - I can totally see myself achieving my goals with Nina! As an added bonus, total fun person to be around, tons of energy and positive vibes and great conversation - especially when you need a bit of distraction to make it to the end!
