Feeling lost, stuck or overwhelmed? Does the idea of lasting change seem impossible? Stopping the cycle of slipping up, giving up and beating ourselves up starts with recognizing our value. There is never a perfect time to change, and change does not have to be overwhelming. Making little changes over time, results in big changes that last.

Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I was a Physical Therapist Assistant for 13 years. This was extremely rewarding work, but the physical demands of the job resulted in back and shoulder injuries. I learned to manage these injuries with a thoughtfully planned restorative exercise program. This has enabled me to continue an active lifestyle and prompted a change of careers to personal training.  

My mission is to empower people to discover how exercise can change your life for the better. “PREHAB” to prevent “REHAB“ is my training style. It incorporates movement patterns that support and enhance everyday activities, strengthening and stretching of injury-prone areas, and emphasizing correct form. We cannot stop the aging process, but we can keep from losing the ability to do the things that matter most. People can be strong and active at any age. Together we will discover ways to be physically active and have fun at the same time. Let's do this.
