Hi! My name is Stephanie. I’m the owner of Dells Athletic Club in Wisconsin Dells. I started the business in 2019 where I exclusively offered personal training. The business quickly grew and in 2020 I started offering group classes. Over the last 2 years the business has outgrown our current space so we are in the process of building a 50’x100’ facility where we will continue to expand our offerings.
Health and fitness have been my passion throughout my entire life. Throughout the last 15 years I have participated in CrossFit, Half Marathons, Half Ironman, multiple triathlons, 5k’s, CrossFit competitions and more. I am actively training for a half Ironman set to take place in October 2022.
I am 38 years old and a mom to 3 kids, ages 17,15 and 6 so I know how hard staying healthy can be with a busy lifestyle.
Whether you’re looking for personal training, group classes and/or nutrition coaching I can help you achieve your goals. Typical personal training sessions are 1 hour and can be done in person, online or I can make an exercise plus nutrition plan for you. I love helping people achieve their goals and find an active and healthy lifestyle
