My favorite client story

My favorite client was Ms. Pat. Ms. Pat was referred to me by another client of mine. She approached me asking "I want you to do for me, whatever you have done for her". I knew she was determined and she would be a client that did exactly what I asked. When we began the program, she approached the first workout weighing 268 pounds wearing a size twenty. Through the program she was fearless. She gave me her absolute best in every workout and she also did physical activities in her leisure time. The results showed. By the end of the 3 month program Ms. Pat lost 45lbs. and changed her lifestyle completely.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the "Deadlift". The deadlift is a compound exercise that works many muscles at one time. It helps one to increase strength, power, and explosion while targeting all muscle groups.

My training experience

Played collegiate and professional football in the AFL, UFL, and a brief time in the NFL. I have trained and mentored to youth and high school athletes during my off season. I began fitness training in 2011 and have developed a training program that was successful for me, and it has been successful for my clients.
