Hi! My name is Katie. I am a lover of movement and passionate about people improving their life and their health. I am a NASM certified coach, over the last 5 years, I have been working primarily with women in all phases of life. From ages 29-75, I have helped women gain strength, mobility, balance, coordination, confidence, happiness. I have helped them lose fear, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, fat, and crappy eating habits.
I assess your movement patterns through a few tools, we discuss goals, challenges, timelines, and commitment levels. I create sessions where we have enough time to warm up and cool down properly. I love to develop the kind of workout my individual client gets excited for. No cookie cutters here!
