About Soupar

I started my personal training journey in 2004. A well rounded and expierinced trainer I worked with a variety of clients to reach their fitness goals. Ive always been an active person since high school and after working at GNC through high school i decided to take my knowledge of supplements to help friends and family. This eventually lead me to start my own business First Priority Fitness. Starting a fitness journey can be diffcult, for an experinced individual who needs motivation or accountability to someone who has never worked out in there entire life. Ill help you find what works in your lifestyle and get you fit doing it.

My training philosophy

When stepping into fitness it can be scary and challenging. Your embarking on change to live a better life. I try to make it comfortable and realistic that you can continue. To make changes in a clients nutrition and exercise routine that works. Making to many changes that cant be continued on their own is how most programs fail. I work with clients on making changes and learning routines they can do and commit to.

Soup is a great at pushing and motivating you in achieving your personal fitness goals. I never thought working out would be fun. With Soup I look forward to every session. On my off days Soup would still encourage me with text reminding me to do cardio and eat clean. Soup is an excellent trainer, he completely changed my thoughts on working out. He customized workouts for me that are exciting and gave me great results. I would highly recommend Soup to anyone looking for an amazing trainer!

Let me start of by saying, I hate physical activity. When I mean physical activity, I mean anything that requires me to move espcially being outside you could count me out. Being athletic growing up helped me keep my health Soup is an amazing trainer. Where most research are presenting the holistic view to getting into shape, Soup has the natural ability to Incorporated that before research presented that information. My first meeting with Soup was really surprising. I sent him an email indicating that I would like to meet with him. He responded immediately and gave me the necessary documents I need to fill out and send back before out initial meeting. I soon found out that he's approach to training, is the holistic approach. He not only takes your physical health into account, he also keeps track of your emotional and environmental status. The initial meeting was really laid back and just an meet and greet. We set up my schedule and off we went. I met with him three times a week and it was usually done on my availability and location. He's very flexible and committed to making sure you're receiving the best sessions. He checks in on what you're eating daily (by monitoring the caloric), because there's an app you need to use. Each day he would make sure everything was going well with me and we went over my diet. My biggest struggle was my diet. I am weak when it comes to food and I won't ever deny it. Soup never tells you, that you can't eat something but will rather help you find a healthier alternative to what you're craving. The app that he request you download and use, helps keep the nutritional value account. Seriously, When it comes down to it. The money that you spend is really worth it. You don't just get a trainer, but a life coach also. you can text him about anything and he's more than willing to listen and help you. Everything is really connected in life and he's there to help you make sure there's a balance. Use him. It's worth the investment.

I am in my 60's and was 100 pounds overweight; I searched Google for some support, not expecting anyone to jump at the chance to assist me. Soup replied immediately and said he knew he could offer some training options that would help me get stronger, lose weight, and look at the habits that undermined my progress. Fifty pounds later, I understand what works for me and what habits I needed to change. Soup has tried the recommendations he suggests to his clients. I find him a great personal trainer who keeps constant contact with me and is very supportive and caring overall. I would recommend him to anyone.
