To love your workouts, get results, and maintain them. My approach is not to simply give a client a few workouts per week, but rather to develop a comprehensive program to guide a client towards his/her personal goals.

My training experience

Hey there. So this is where I'm supposed to rattle off my prestigious titles and achievements and explain to you why I'm so great. But before I do that, let's remember 1 important point -- this isn't about me. Your personal training experience should be about YOUR goals and not anyone else's. My main criteria for accepting clients is that the decision to start their program needs to be their own. If you're doing this for your significant other, your doctor, or anyone else; then I'm unfortunately not the trainer for you. And that's fine. However, if YOU have made the decision that you want to start a comprehensive fitness program to look better, feel healthier, and enhance your overall quality of life, then I can't wait to meet you and help make it happen. And now, here's the part about me :). BIO: Dani is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Earlier in his career, Dani trained models, police officers, and NCAA athletes. When he saw the role that fitness played in not only aesthetics & athletics, but in enhancing people's overall quality of life, he decided to make the switch to general population. Today, he specializes in working with everyday individuals who are looking to achieve a fit & healthy lifestyle that lasts for life. Dani also serves as Fitness Education Advisor to the Personal Trainer Development Center -- the world's largest international organization for educating fitness professionals and improving the state of the industry. Dani has worked with individuals of all body types assisting them in their individual journeys towards achieving their personal fitness goals. From weight loss, to muscle building, to toning/defining, to athletic performance, to generalized fitness and healthy lifestyle, Dani has designed and rendered workout programs specialized for each individual client to get him/her to his/her dream body and ideal state of fitness.
