I work on everything from head to toe. You tell me what you want to focus on and I will do that, plus other areas. I like my clients to enjoy what we do and have fun while working hard. I became a trainer because I believe in excercise for good health. I was a chronic pain sufferer for about 10-15 years and exercise was the key to pain management, I had been active in the gym when the pain started and had to quit for a few years until I could get the pain managed. Excercise can also help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and help with type 2 diabetes.
