I know what it's like to have gained weight, work to get it off and continue to work to keep it off. It's hard work but feels great not carrying around that extra baggage! That is exactly how I started my career as a trainer-BY WORKING ON ME! I also know what it's like to rehab from injury/surgery back to active exercise. Having that experience gives me a great insight for what my clients are going through.
