I have been active duty Navy for 17 years and have received multiple certifications within the military. Fitness has been an inherent way of life for me and I have decided to share my passion with those that choose to follow the path of health and fitness. We all have different reasons for choosing a fitness lifestyle, the most important thing as that we are here trying. I only hope that I can help those that need and want it get to where they need and want to be.
My training philosophy
I operate on the K.I.S.S. principle. Keep It Simple, Stupid! Sorry, but I've been in the Navy for 17 years and I can't escape the lingo. Seriously though, if we find what works, we keep it and build on it...throw away the trash. Right???
