Rachel Brenowitz

About Rachel
started my journey in the fitness industry at only 14 years old, interning and shadowing at an athlete training facility after school. It was there that I also trained to be a competitive three sport athlete. After years of select travel softball, I continued my athletic career at Dickinson College, where I played Varsity Softball while double-majoring in Neuroscience and Psychology.
Today, I am working in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Unit of the Neurology Program at Johns Hopkins Medial Institute while also coaching Strength & Conditioning and Athletic Conditioning Group Fitness classes at Reflex Functional Fitness and seeing personal training clients at GRIND gym in Baltimore, Maryland. My audience spans across many age groups and ability levels, but I specialize in young athlete training and women's fitness.
