Hi there! I’m Adam, and I’m so excited to help you make fitness a fun and empowering part of your life! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer based in Los Angeles, fully vaccinated, and ready to work with you in a way that feels safe, supportive, and uplifting.
A little about me: I have a degree in human biology and three years of experience as a PT aide in physical therapy. Fitness has been a lifelong passion—starting in high school, where I was an all-state runner in both long-distance and sprints. Over the past six years, I’ve focused on resistance training, bodybuilding, and building a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals in a way that’s fun, approachable, and empowering. Whether you’re overcoming past injuries, feeling nervous about getting started, or just looking for a new challenge, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I want you to feel strong, confident, and comfortable enough to take charge of your fitness journey—and maybe even fall in love with it along the way.
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I’m proud to create a space where everyone, including my LGBTQ+ community, is celebrated and supported. I train out of Funxional Fitness in Burbank but am also happy to travel to meet your needs.

My favorite client story
One of my clients experienced chronic knee pain for three years and had tried various treatments without success. After just one month of working with me, their knee pain completely resolved. Additionally, I have an 88-year-old client who now moves more comfortably and confidently than she did in her 60s, showcasing the transformative power of a tailored fitness approach.

I have been a personal trainer for three years, and during this time, I’ve had the privilege of helping all my clients achieve their unique fitness goals. Whether it’s weight loss, strength building, improving mobility, or overcoming past injuries, I work closely with my clients to create a plan that’s both effective and sustainable.
Through consistent effort and collaboration, my clients have experienced measurable success, from significant strength gains and improved movement to pain relief and increased confidence in their abilities. I was skeptical about personal trainers before, but I wanted to give it a try. One of my worries included my past injuries that needed special attention. Adam reassured me during my consultation call, and prepared me for the upcoming training day. During our training sessions he was very punctual, professional, and made sure that I’m pushing my limits without putting myself into any risk. Whenever I had a question he would immediately respond accurately to any concern I had. Within short about of time I already saw the difference in my body from definition to its posture.
