Hello! Im Adam. I’m an outgoing, fully vaccinated Los Angeles based NASM certified personal trainer who wants to help you make fitness a priority in your life. I have a degree in human biology and 3 years of experience in physical therapy as a PT aide. I’ve had a passion for fitness since high school where I was an all state runner in both long distance and sprinting. In the last 6+ year I found a passion for resistance training, body building and getting my body as healthy as it can be. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals in a happy, fun and safe setting. I want you to eventually feel comfortable enough to be able to do all the hard work on your own! It is important for me to see you become the most confident version of yourself and potentially find a passion for fitness. I really enjoy working with all age types and I love working with people who have past injuries or are just nervous getting back on their feet. My favorite client story
I had a client who had knee pain for three years and tried everything. After working out with me for 1 month the knee pain stopped all together! I also have an 88 year old client who can move better than when she was in her 60s!

I am a woman soon to be 88 years old. Adam has been training me twice a week for approximately a year now. He knows just how much to push me for a good workout.. He always keep it interesting and it’s never boring. It always amazes me on how fast the time goes by.He is kind, considerate, punctual and always pleasant.I am fortunate to have Adam as my trainer and friend.

I have been training with Adam for about a year now and he is amazing! He works with my asthma and old injuries in a way other trainers haven’t been able to before. He’s supportive, pushes you when you need it, but I’ve never to an uncomfortable limit. He’s very knowledgeable in exercise and nutrition too. Book with Adam!
I had 4 sessions with Adam and it was the best decision I've ever made! After being intimidated by gyms and gym rats alike, Adam really made me feel comfortable and confident! His passion real comes through his work. He has such a genuine and uplifting spirit that makes you feel at ease. But don't let that fool you! He will still push you to your limits! Something I definitely needed. His training techniques along with tips and tricks for diet and overall health has helped me make a huge life adjustment/shift. He is so knowledgeable! I’m so grateful to have met Adam! Since training I’ve been able to shed some pounds. It’s shocking how quickly my body has already changed. I can't recommend Adam enough. I've relocated for work temporarily but I can't wait to come back!

I was skeptical about personal trainers before, but I wanted to give it a try. One of my worries included my past injuries that needed special attention. Adam reassured me during my consultation call, and prepared me for the upcoming training day. During our training sessions he was very punctual, professional, and made sure that I’m pushing my limits without putting myself into any risk. Whenever I had a question he would immediately respond accurately to any concern I had. Within short about of time I already saw the difference in my body from definition to its posture. Thanks to him now I always look forward to my workout days. I couldn’t recommend a better personal trainer! A+++
