Hi! My name is Jack. I am an NASM certified personal trainer and working out is my passion. I will use my knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals. I’m here to find fun fitness routines that are tailored to your specifications. No stress! I have a diverse experience in working with people of different fitness levels. As a competitive powerlifter, I specialize in strength training. I have a performance enhancement specialization and youth exercise specialist certificate from NASM.

John "Jack" is a phenomenal trainer and a fantastic person to boot. I've been working with him to get more toned up before my wedding and was amazed at the progress I saw in my body after only a few short months. He works at your pace, is warm and encouraging but challenging when you need it, and is incredibly responsive at all times -- there were multiple occasions when I'd text him for form tips, nutrition advice, and workout feedback and he'd reply instantaneously and always follow up to check in on my progress. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Jack is incredible. Very kind, supportive, and patient. He knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about! He’s great at keeping me motivated (which is impressive cos I’m lazy as hell) as well as teaching me better diets and nutrition to help achieve my body/weight goal. His set up and gear is perfect too. Strongly recommend Jack for anyone just starting out, nervous about getting in shape, or anyone that’s already been doing it but needs more support.
