Hi! My name is Jack. I am an NASM certified personal trainer and working out is my passion. I will use my knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals. I’m here to find fun fitness routines that are tailored to your specifications. No stress! I have a diverse experience in working with people of different fitness levels. As a competitive powerlifter, I specialize in strength training. I have a performance enhancement specialization and youth exercise specialist certificate from NASM.

Jack's a great trainer who knows exactly who to get you to your fitness goals. During my first session, I was too out of shape to do even basic cardio but a few months in and I'm lifting heavy ass weight, I've lost a ton of fat, and have gotten in the best shape in my adult life. If you want a damn good personal trainer, Jack's the guy.
I've been training with jack for the past two months and have improved so much in my strength, physique, and overall health. Jack is a great trainer, he changes up the workouts every day to keep it interesting so you don't get bored and really listens to your goals to give you workouts to achieve the results you're looking for. He's passionate about training and motivating you to challenge yourself without pushing you past your limits. I always look forward to our sessions and would be a lazy bum on the couch without his guidance. He's reliable and works with your schedule. Highly recommend!
He’s simply the best. In just one month he made me more lean and muscular! He quickly gauged my abilities , set up a workout plan and continues to motivate me with progressive overload.
