About Nicole

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time! I am an NASM certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience and a lifetime of passion for athletic endevours.  I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes and celebrities. I specialize in helping busy moms by combining HIIT workouts that shred fat with nourishing stretches and self massage techniques that reduce stress. I love connecting with clients and finding fun, creative, and safe ways to help them meet their fitness goals!

My training experience

I was an athletic child who loved obstacle courses, dancing, running, and gymnastics. I started going to the gym every day after school from the age of 14 years old. When I was in college, I had hired a few personal trainers myself before I became one. It was one of the best investments I ever made. In 2009, I was asked by management at the gym that I frequented if I wanted to to work there as a personal trainer. I said yes and that's when my journey as a fitness professional began. I have worked at several other gyms since then and even opened my own little fitness studio with my business partner back in 2013. In addition to personal training, I also taught group fitness classes, including bootcamp, Piloxing, and Insanity. Over the years I have learned to refine my skills and focus more on alignment and correcting muscle imbalances.

Nicole is an incredible trainer. She skillfully balances patience and attentiveness with providing challenging workouts that leave me feeling great in my body. I’ve been pretty active my whole life, so I wanted really intense workouts. Nicole definitely delivered! But she also paid super close attention to me during the workouts to be able to tell when I needed a break or to lower the weights. She really listens to your goals, and not only tailors workouts do your areas of focus, but is skilled enough to know when to push your limits and when to encourage rest. So glad I found her!
