About Sara

I work one-on-one or in small group settings with motivated individuals looking to lower stress, increase mobility, and improve their overall wellbeing. As a yoga and meditation teacher and nutritional therapist, I specialize in holistic stress management, using the natural tools of movement, breath, and nutrition, to help you realign and feel better. I look at the whole picture of you and help you address your specific goals, from emotional regulation to weight loss to a decrease in body aches and pains. My sessions look different depending on what the focus is: In my private yoga sessions, we tend to do a mix of breathwork, strength and stability work, core activation, stretching, and flowing. In my nutritional therapy sessions, we do more coaching and I create an individualized nutrition and supplement for you as well as a movement and mindfulness plan. I also teach yoga and mindfulness regularly to toddlers and kids. I've worked with a wide range of clients from (currently) a 10 year old girl struggling with reactivity, looking for tools to use to regulate her nervous system, to (also currently) a 63 year old man working a high stress job as a lawyer, looking for a way to relax and increase mobility.
