My favorite client story

About two years into my training career, a client came in and was desperate for help. She was in her mid 50s and battled type two diabetes due to being overweight. She expressed to me her struggles with doing everyday activities and that even walking proved to be a challenge. After two years of extremely hard work and dedication I was able to see her participate in a half marathon and cross the finish line.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the lunge, curl, and press. When I watch my clients attempt this exercise I am able to watch multiple muscles in action and pinpoint which ones are activating properly and which we need to improve for a better overall performance.
