About Kimberly

I provide both martial arts training and functional fitness training. My passion and experience in sports and fitness will assist you with achieving your goals to improve your physical and mental well being. I look forward to helping individuals have a better quality of life for as long as possible through fitness and have fun achieving results.

I help people assess their fitness and understand their goals to set a plan to help them achieve their individual goals. Their plan is necessary to start their journey. I serve as a guide to provide variety in the training and to have fun accomplishing their goals.


My favorite client story

One client originally started Taekwondo lessons to lose weight and learn some self defense. 13 years later, they achieved the weight loss goal, learned some self defense skills, and discovered Taekwondo and fitness is a journey involving new goals to constantly grow. They believe exercise has helped them push off the effects of their other health issues as well.

My favorite exercise

The plank is my favorite exercise for the following reasons. . Modified to match client ability and increased over time to provide increasing challenges. . Movement can be added to develop core muscles & balance. Weight can be added to activate & strengthen other muscle groups in addition to the core muscles.

I have been teaching martial arts in Grapevine, Texas for 25 years, including training to improve individual's fitness levels.
