I carefully choose exercises based on your particular structure, goals, fitness level, and limitations(if any). I use careful progression to make things more difficult over time, not all at once. Most importantly, I want you to have a great workout experience that will make you feel good, during and after.
Often you will hear trainers say "I train every client the same way I train myself. " Wrong! There is only one way to train the client and that is the one that works best for them. My clients are trained in regards to their individual structure, ability and specific goals.
