Jill Breckenridge

About Jill
Jill began her movement studies at an early age though competitive dance and track and field. She went on to receive her BFA in Dance Performance at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where she studied many different dance modalities, pilates, and began her self study in bodywork as a way for her to repair the stressors of a physically demanding career.
Off stage she established a career as a teacher with 7+ years of experience instructing dance, barre, pilates, yoga, pole, and training clients one on one with the mission of educating each client about the why’s of working out. She believes that knowledge is power and we all deserve the power to control our own bodies. Her coaching style is to create efficient, creative, butt-kicking workouts with a focus on mindful movement and mobility. She also likes working with clients who are transitioning out of physical therapy, or who are interested in training to slow the pains of aging to a halt.
