I have extensive experience in the fitness industry as a physique competitor and a dedicated coach. I specialize in working with diverse clients, including individuals with type 1 diabetes and senior clients. My primary focus is to motivate and empower my clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals while enhancing their overall well-being. I am passionate about guiding others on their journey to better health and self-confidence.
My favorite client story
One of my most rewarding experiences has been working with a 63-year-old client who initially struggled with low self-esteem and upper body strength, and was on the verge of becoming diabetic. When we began our training together, she demonstrated incredible persistence and motivation over the course of six months.
When she returned to her doctor, her results came back completely normal. The joy and relief on her face, as she shared the news with me, was incredibly moving. Not only did she regain her confidence and strength, but I also felt a profound sense of fulfillment knowing I contributed to her positive transformation.

I cant say good enough things about training with Jiren. We starting working together when I had a recent knee injury and was nervous to start strength training again. She pushed and supported me to grow stronger over 6 months and by the end I was doing box jumps with no problems! her training is challenging but she truly cares about the overall well being of her clients, and I will miss working with her.
