I’ve been training with Brian for about five months and from day one I knew I was in the right hands. He has gone above and beyond to understand my personal fitness history, learn my strengths and weaknesses and help me map out the most efficient way to reach my goals and create new ones. With his guidance I have been able to set realistic goals and meet them, allowing me to quickly and confidently move through each phase of my body transformation. He is also always available via text or email which makes it easy to communicate between sessions. Brian’s program is worth every penny! It has truly been a game changer having someone check in regularly, hold me accountable and give me the inspiration that I needed to transform my body and spirit - an experience I was never able to find with other training programs. I started to work with Brian in September of 2021 to try to overcome the COVID weight gain and get prepared for a wedding coming up in May of 2022. I was no stranger to personal trainers and I always felt like the past people I worked with were great, but I actually didn't learn much about what I was doing. Once I started to work with Brian I was always able to get an answer as to why I was doing something and why we weren't doing something else. He is very attentive to his clients and would work around a pain I would have. You wouldn't give up a workout, you would just modify it. I can honestly say in the months I've been working with Brian I feel like my endurance has gotten way better, I feel stronger, I feel great, and I've lost weight and continue to be in the progress of it. I also know I have the knowledge now of how to keep the weight off long term
Before I started training with Brian I had some major issues achieving my body goals. I always worked out for hours, focused on cardio, and never saw improvement. I was convinced I just had bad genetics and I would stay stuck being "skinny fat." Brian shed huge light in the importance of nutrition. I always felt like I was being challenged and pushed to strive for better dive never experienced such great care with any other trainers. Not only do I get a great workout... we have amazing conversations that allow our session to feel like a breeze. He has worked hard to create a program for me that includes building strength and muscle. He has taught me that each movement serves its own purpose and I even achieved great range of motion. I greatly recommend as a trainer.
My 65 year old father couldn't get off the floor last spring, and is now lifting over 100 lbs. thanks to Brian's training. Brian builds routines that are focused to each client's needs at any moment, and has provided results not just with his physical rehabilitation, but with my dad's resistance training as well. Friendly and reliable, I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I'm super grateful for his patience and knowledge-- Brian is one of the few people my father will actually listen to when it comes how hard to push things and when to ease up. Brian is the best trainer I've ever had. I first met Brian doing in-person training. He had me looking the best I've ever looked in preparation for my wedding and honeymoon. He doesn't just work you out, he spends extra time going over proper nutrition and teaching you why you're doing what he's asking. At first I would tell him "I can't do that" when he suggested I meal prep. 3-4 years later, I can't imagine doing anything else. It makes me feel great and look great. During COVID, Brian set me up with a home training plan that was really great. Even now, I have a monthly subscription where he keeps tab on me from afar and gives me great workouts that fit my schedule. I need his extra pushing and coaching, especially on the weekends when I want to slack off. That's when he knows to reach out and keep me on my game. I couldn't recommend Brian enough.
Before training with Brian I had no idea how to properly workout or the importance of perfecting your form brings to a workout. Not only did I learn that with him but he made sure to teach me about proper meal planning as well. When he trains with you he treats you not like a client but more importantly like family, he really makes sure that your on top of your goals! Now after working out with Brian I've noticed a HUGE difference in my form and technique as well as keeping track of my workouts and food in take. Thanks to Brian I've become more devoted in my health and self being.

I started training with Brian over a year ago and have mixed in other trainers here and there over the year but I always have felt that working with Brian has been the most rewarding. From the get go, Brian listened to my past injuries and understood where tension would lie from my job. He helped to strengthen muscles so that I would have better posture and encouraged me to work out regularly. Before him, it was hard to have the motivation to work out. With Brian, I feel like the work outs we do are specifically tailored to me, so that I get the most return from the least amount of work. I like that he is always watching my form and makes sure that I am not just going through the motions, but that I am actually engaging the muscles which are meant to be working. He really listens to what I want to get out of working out and makes sure that I am reaching my goals. I highly recommend him to anyone, no matter the skill level, he will make sure you are progressing!

I recommend him as a trainer to those who want to have a beautiful and strong body and not only for that. He is helping to know how to eat properly and monitors this process. Prior to my training with Brian, I was pretty insecure with my overall physique. I had been working long hours, ate fast food frequently, and made little effort to go to the gym. At the time, I was sitting at 185lbs, about 25% body fat, and working out once sometimes twice a month. Working out has always been very therapeutic for me, but at the time I was lost in a cycle of bad health habits and constantly put off the gym for the next day. Every day my body felt sluggish, I felt insecure, my clothes were a painful burden to get on, and wear throughout the day. I had had enough, I told myself I needed better structure with my health habits and decided to reach out to Brian. My first meeting with him was not what I expected. He had me fill out a questionnaire to assess my body's current state, habits, any injuries I might have had, and my goals. Brian's assessment concluded that I had a good amount of muscle already and he recommended that I cut weight. Every day he had me record my body weight, keep track of my calories and macro-nutrients, and all the numbers I was hitting in the gym. His attention to detail was a bit overwhelming at first, but Brian was very encouraging and patient with ALL the questions I had. He told me that every little detail had its role and was carefully planned. It took about a month for me to fully get hold of the process and after, it was smooth sailing from there. My cut with Brian lasted for 3 months and my transformation was unreal. I had lost 23lbs, weighing 163lbs, and sitting at 12% body fat. I had a 6-pack for the first time in my life (haha), I fit in my clothes comfortably, and I had finished my cut just in time for my trip to Mexico. Going to the gym became a part of my every day morning routine, tracking my calories/macro-nutrients was now second nature, and I felt like a brand-new person! Right now, Brian's helping me with my bulking phase, and surprisingly enough it seems much more difficult to gain weight, compared to when I was cutting.
