I am a frmer "Cirque du Soleil" artist - acrobat, 6 times national gymnastics champion of Bulgaria and I have black belt in judo. Exercising and healthy lifestyle has been a huge part of my life. I love passing my knowledge to people and helping them to stay healthy, active and happy.


 Achieving body change has 3 equally important parts - right fitness program, right nutrition and right mindset. I use all of them when training a client in order to get faster and better results. The programs I design are always individually made to fit the client's unique body type and personality.
