My favorite client story

Seeing a client who was 40 lbs. overweight and helping them attain a lean, strong, abs and all, tone physique. Eliminating the excess around the waist line and simultaneously conditioning the muscles. I mention this particular client because the client had tried over the years to get in shape and lose bodyfat however was never satisfied with the results. This client never thought they could achieve the body they wanted. However we where able to destroy all of those negative beliefs.

My favorite exercise

This may sound a little cheesy or that maybe I'm trying to say the perfect statement but it really is how I go about training people. I do not have a specific favorite exercise. my intent is to develop workout routines for my clients that are specifically tailored to attaining the desired results of my client. I always take into consideration the individuals abilities when choosing various exercises and movements that best suit the clients needs.
