My favorite client story

I was privileged enough to work with a wonderful woman who was diagnosed with MS. She joined one of my classes and worked her tail off until she not only was able to conquer her every day activities, but she was able to complete a Tough Mudder race!

Anything core related. Your core is the most important thing you can work on, because it effects everything else in your body. A strong core = a strong body.
