For most of my clients that do not have a specific expression of fitness/sport they are trying to achieve, I teach a Hybrid Training concept that teaches you how to eventually push 50 minutes of exercise into about 30 minutes. My goal is to teach proper exercise form and how to develop your own unique training system that YOU enjoy. Lastly, proper daily nutrition profile is critical to all people and is a cornerstone of all of my health, fitness and weight loss programming.
I believe in using resistance training as a cardiovascular effect to also gain strength and endurance. From there, consistency of effort each and every week coupled with a sound nutrition plan and anyone can achieve any expression of health and fitness they desire.
